InvoiceWeight is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides invoice organization and management tools for freelancers and consultants. The service includes:

  • Smart inbox for invoice forwarding and processing
  • Organized dashboard for invoice tracking
  • Export functionality for accountant handoffs
  • Related features as described on our website

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • You may export your data for a period of 30 days
  • We may delete your data after this grace period
  • Accrued charges remain payable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVOICEWEIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where InvoiceWeight is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
